Foothills Landscaping was tasked to prepare the area for about 350 new planting materials and 1,600 m² of sod. The construction of the property’s landscape began in July 2020. Despite the challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to complete the project within four weeks. Various health policies and requirements were established between the prime contractor and Foothills Landscaping to keep the worksite safe.

Read MoreUsing Axiom Architecture Inc.’s design, about 150 trees and shrubs and 650 m² of sod were installed all around the property. An irrigation system was installed to ensure that these newly installed plant materials and sod will get established. Plant beds were covered with decorative rocks and mulch to add contrast to the green space. Bike racks were also installed to cater to bikers who visit. Large boulders were removed from the existing subgrade and some were utilized in the landscape.
